Directions to The Carriage House
Use the map in "?Contact Us?"to find village of Puncknowle. Head East through the village, with the Crown Inn on your left and the Church on your right.
Look for the farm entrance on your right, opposite Looke Lane. Turn into the farm, and go uphill a short distance past the farm buildings. The Carriage House is in the lane on the right-hand side. Turn right before the Farmhouse on the corner of that lane, and park on the gravelled area just past the Carriage House.
The nearest mainline station is Dorchester South. There is a bus service from Puncknowle to Bridport, Dorchester and Weymouth. Bridport has a large Morrison’s, whileDorchester a Waitrose and Tesco.
Bridport Market is held each Wednesday and Saturday, and Dorchester Market is held each Wednesday.
The tariff runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals no earlier than 4pm, please, and departures no later than 10am.
A non-refundable 25% deposit secures a booking. The balance is due four weeks your arrival.A ‘good housekeeping’ deposit of £100 is requested with the balance, to be returned one week after your stay. School holidays (at peak prices), and short breaks, are available upon request. No Pets allowed!
